We offer 13 different styles of yoga and functional movement classes. 
All classes are mixed level and open to you, wherever you are in your movement journey. 

A Focus on Flow

All Levels Flow
A mixed level class featuring dynamic movement synchronized with the breath. Great for yogi's looking to focus on alignment and technique.

Mindful Vinyasa
An energetic and flowing practice with a deeper dive into a mindful and present state of awareness. Great for yogis looking to combine dynamic asana with a grounding meditative state. All classes focus on loving-kindness for self and others.

VinYin
This class is great for the yogi who is short on time and wants to combine the strengthing benefits of a Vinyasa flow with the restorative counterpart of Vin Yoga. Leave feeling exhilarated, peaceful and balanced.

Yoga Basics
Great for those newer to yoga, recovering from injury, postnatal, or simply those wanting a slower class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice.

Groove & Flow
With a mix of old-school and popular music as our guide, we will groove to the beat while flowing through postures not unlike those in a traditional Vinyasa style class.

CounterFlow Yoga
A dynamic power yoga practice infused with functional movement experiences to improve posture, balance, mobility, and strength for the 21st century person. Great for yogis looking for a standing based practice that will break a sweat.

Yoga Sculpt
Yogis use their own bodyweight, small hand weights, elastic bands and gliding discs to deepen the power of their dynamic Vinyasa yoga practice while strengthening the entire body.

Yoga Sweat Hybrid
The bridge between a mindful yoga practice and a sweat-inducing interval strength training session! A hybrid of cardio intervals, resistance work, and strengthening yoga poses to leave you feeling stronger after each sweat session!

Functional Movement

Barre Above
Barre blends strength, flexibility, and balance into one workout using light weights, resistance bands, and other toys for a full body workout. With a focus on dynamic movements, isometric exercises, and high repetitions this is a great total body workout.

Restore & Recover

Yoga

Slow Flow
This class still has the feel of a typical vinyasa class while slowing down the pace of class. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply.

Gentle / Restorative
A slow class with gentle movement and a series of supported restorative poses to take you to a deep, peaceful place. Great for any yogi who wants a healing class and is ideal on high-stress or low-energy days.

Functional Movement

Roll & Recover
Use foam rollers, tennis balls, and other mobility tools to rejuvenate sore muscles, improve range of motion, and reduce injury risk. Whether you're a high-performance athlete or just want to relax come join us.
