Movement Warrior™ is a fusion based class that uses your own body weight and external resistance (such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or kettlebells) to improve stability in your joints and strength in your muscles. You’ll gain the control you need in your core to better complete complex poses in yoga or perform in life or sport. This class is great for anyone looking to cross-train their regular yoga practice and reduce their risk of injury.
